We built our Alpha product over 6.5 sprints (6 before go-live and a half sprint after launch to clean up bugs) throughout Q1 of 2024.  In other sections you can see the help articles and videos walking you through how to use the product.  In this section, we will publish a list of all of the items that actually when into sprints.

Below is a table of all of the 'items' in the Alpha project.  Epics are large themes that spread over multiple sprints.  For Alpha, this was all about setting up the core of the application.  Stories are the small components of Epics.  Usually we had between a half dozen and a dozen stories per epic.  Finally, Bugs are usually small items reported once users started testing (which started after Sprint 4).  This table is for the super nerdy, so congratulations if you're here and you are reading this.  Feel free to reach out to [email protected] with any questions or ideas that you have.
